Customer Support Executive – International Voice (Work From Home)

Hiring Office: New Delhi
(Only candidates residing in Delhi are eligible)

Job Responsibility:

Handle international customer calls professionally

Resolve customer queries related to products and services

Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain proper call quality and service standards

Follow company policies and shift schedules

Qualification:

Minimum 10+2 pass

Any graduate or postgraduate can apply

Freshers are eligible

Candidates with BPO experience will have an advantage

Skills:

Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)

Customer service and customer handling skills

International voice process knowledge

Ability to work in night shifts

Problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Salary:
As per company layout

Employment Type: Full Time (Temporary / Contractual)

Work Mode: Work From Home

Shift: Night Shift with flexible week offs

Zeta Meal Card: ₹1100/month

Internet Allowance: ₹1250/month

Health Insurance: Up to ₹5 Lacs

Night Shift Allowance: ₹150–₹225 per shift

Overtime allowance as per business requirement

5 days working with 2 consecutive week offs
